FreeCollageImage is a browser-based collage maker. The editor is designed so the photos you select are processed on your own device with the browser canvas. The collage editor does not upload, store or review your selected photos on our server.

Information we process

The collage editor can be used without creating an account, logging in or sending us a profile. Depending on how you use the site, the following data may be processed:

• Photos selected in the editor, processed locally inside your browser memory.
• Editor settings such as selected layout, format, spacing, background colour, border, caption text and language preference.
• Technical information normally sent by a browser, such as IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps and basic server logs.
• Contact data, if you email us, such as your email address, message content and any information you decide to include.
• Consent and advertising information handled by Google's consent tools and advertising partners when those services are active.

Images and local processing

Photos are read by your browser and drawn onto the collage canvas on your device. They are not uploaded by the editor, and we do not provide cloud storage, project accounts or permanent backups for collage files. Closing or refreshing the page normally clears the current project unless your browser temporarily keeps page data.

Purposes

Data is processed to provide the collage tool, render pages, remember basic preferences, respond to messages, protect the site, measure aggregate usage and show advertising on informational pages where permitted.

Legal basis

Essential processing is used to provide the service requested by the user and to maintain the security of the website. Contact messages are processed to answer requests. Analytics and advertising cookies or similar technologies rely on consent where required by law.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-02YNG958SL, to understand aggregate site usage. Google consent signals are set to denied by default and can be updated through Google's consent management tools when shown.

Advertising and Google CMP

We use Google AdSense, publisher ID ca-pub-4352050169996937, on informational pages. For users covered by European privacy rules, the advertising consent message is managed through Google's certified consent message configured in AdSense. Google AdSense may load on informational pages to display the consent message and serve ads according to the user's choices. Ads are not loaded on the collage editor page itself.

We also use MGID, site ID 970067, as an advertising partner. MGID is loaded only after advertising storage consent is granted. Advertising partners may process technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, ad interactions and approximate location based on IP address.

Mobile apps (Android and iOS)

On the website, to let you resume your latest collage after a refresh or an accidental tab close, the editor can store that collage (including its photos) locally in your browser’s storage on your own device. Nothing is sent to our servers; you can remove it at any time with the “Start over” button or by clearing site data.

The CollageImage mobile apps (published on the stores as “CollageImage – Photo Collage”) process your photos entirely on the device: images are never uploaded to our servers. Collages you save are stored in your device gallery, and recent projects are kept only in the app's local storage on your device.

The apps show advertising through Google AdMob (publisher ID ca-pub-4352050169996937). All in-app ads are requested in non-personalized mode: the apps do not use App Tracking Transparency and do not access the IDFA on iOS. AdMob may still process technical data such as coarse location derived from IP address and ad interaction data to serve, cap and measure non-personalized ads. Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting provider used to publish the site, by Google for Google Analytics, Google AdSense and the Google consent message, and by MGID only when advertising consent allows it. If new advertising, analytics or measurement partners are added, this policy should be updated before they are activated.

International transfers

Google, MGID and hosting or infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are handled according to the safeguards and terms made available by the relevant providers.

Retention

Collage images are not retained by our server because the editor does not upload them. Server logs may be retained for security and maintenance for a limited period. Contact messages may be kept for as long as needed to answer the request and maintain basic records. Analytics and advertising retention follows the settings and policies of the relevant providers.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing and request portability of personal data. You can contact us at [email protected].

The site is intended as a general audience design tool. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through a contact message, please contact us so we can review the request.
